Governance Transition & Leadership Renewal Statement
Yayasan Usaha Ventures Malaysia
Yayasan Usaha Ventures Malaysia confirms that the foundation has undergone a formal and complete governance transition, in accordance with the requirements of the Registrar of Societies (RoS) Malaysia.
As part of this transition, the previous office bearers voluntarily stepped down, with no continuing involvement in the foundation’s management, decision-making, or operations. This step was taken to allow the incoming board to operate independently and to ensure a clear governance reset aligned with best practices in transparency, accountability, and institutional integrity.
The foundation is now led by a newly appointed committee, duly recorded and recognised by the Registrar of Societies. The current leadership assumes full responsibility for the direction, governance, and activities of Yayasan Usaha Ventures Malaysia.
Under the renewed governance structure, the foundation is committed to:
